Fruit Smoothie Recipe - Meal Replacement Drink
Hello My Friend,
Here is a highly nutritious meal replacement drink that is made at home for a fraction of the cost of a commercial brand MRP.
No contaminants, no added sugars, no added chemicals and live active enzymes for easy digestion!
1/4 cup chopped frozen mangos
1/4 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
2 tablespoons pineapple/coconut yogurt
1 scoop PHP vanilla whey protein
1 teaspoon L-Glutamine
2 ice cubes
1/6 cup water
1/6 cup skim milk
